Thursday, November 10 I Cupcakes & Cocktails – This evening will feature cupcakes prepared by Blue Sky Inn’s staff, paired with custom cocktails created and poured by expert mixologists from the U.S. Bartenders Guild. Guests can also enjoy beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres. They’ll also be hosting a cupcake contest: they’ll supply the cake, icings, fillings, nuts, chocolate & other assorted goodies, and you can assemble it to eat or enter into a contest we’ll be holding that night. The contest will be judged by Amanda Rockman, pastry chef at The Bristol and contestant on Top Chef: Just Desserts.
