Monday, August 29 Tomato Dinner at flour + water: flour + water celebrates this short and flavorful summer season at an intimate dinner at the Chef’s Table with Chef Thomas McNaughton. Thomas’ favorite summer ingredient serves as inspiration to a diverse menu incorporating the many interpretations of the tomato. He will introduce the heirloom tomato and the wonderful color spectrum into a six-course tasting menu with wine pairings in the Dough Room.
