Come celebrate all that this great big, beautiful country has to offer with the Tempting Tarts as they set out on a road trip across America. The ladies will be sending you all burlesque postcards of their favorite places and spaces across the country. From California, to the New York Island, this land is made for Tempting Tarts Burlesque!

Friday, August 19 Dyme Def, Hobosexual & Sports Dyme Def is a Seattle based hip hop trio, founded in 2006 and composed of rappers Fearce Villain, S.E.V., and Brainstorm. Bean One is the primary beat producer for the group, but MC Brainstorm makes the occasional beat as well, although he is also a recognized MC, being a past champion of the Red Bull Beat Battle in 2007.

Saturday, August 20 METALHAUS PART II METALHAUS returns to NWFF for another night of Punk Pricks, Metal Maniacs, and New Wave Hookers. Don’t even try to categorize this designer mess-up of VHS flotsam, hipster kitsch, and remastered live shows from seminal provocateurs like David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Blondie, Roxy Music, P.i.L., The Clash, and, oh yeah, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Twisted Sister, AC/DC. Special Guest Appearance by Killbot.

Saturday, August 20 Still Smokin 3 Skunky Beats and Bassdrop productions Proudly Present: Still Smokin 3 The Hempfest Afterparty featuring Antiserum (San Francisco), Rocker-T featuring DJ Triple Crown (Brooklyn, Oakland, Amsterdam), Tony Markham (Kansas City) and more rocking the best reggae, dancehall, dubstep, drum and bass, jungle and hip hop.

Saturday, August 20 Walking Tour: Georgetown Brews Experience the tastes, secrets, and stories of Georgetown through its past and present breweries. Georgetown enthusiast Kimberly Jacobsen will help you discover how local breweries have impacted culture and neighborhood businesses from bars to coffee shops in the area. Must be 21+ to attend this tour. Meet at the North end of the parking lot of Ruby Chow Park, located at S Albro Place and Stanley Ave. S.
