Today, we released a suite of new ticketing services, along with an updated look and feel. This release places Brown Paper Tickets and you at the head of a movement towards putting power in the hands of individuals. Ticket buyers and event producers, we’ve been listening!

We aim to change the ticketing industry for good. The amazing response we’ve had so far inspires us to keep innovating and evolving.”
In the new system, event producers gain unprecedented power and control over how events are ticketed. Producers can now automate last-minute discounted tickets, post events to Facebook with one click and sell virtually anywhere on the globe with a beefy set of payment and currency options. All new services continue to be offered free-of-charge to event producers, as well as such existing services as 24/7 call-centers staffed with real people, hard ticket alternatives and custom seating charts.
Service advances also mean that now tickets are no longer chained to individual buyers. With the transfer-to-a-friend feature, concert and event goers may send tickets to friends via smart phone. This means no more waiting outside venues for stragglers to show up, or leaving complicated instructions at will-call. Plus, a built-in resale network allows buyers to sell their tickets in the online system, right on the main event page.
Pricing has gotten better too. Ticket buyers still pay some of the lowest ticketing fees in the industry, but receive even more support and services. For full details, take a look at our pricing page.
